Men standing next to open trench with four underground storage tanks set in place in the Oak Creek Maintenance Area. Tanks were obtained from war surplus, used for storage of road oil. Installation is faulty in that the tanks were set too low for loading. Tanks will have to be raised about three feet to facilitate loading out. Machinery and structures in background.
