Outside. Blue sky at top with wispy white clouds. A mound in slightly off center covered with grasses and purple wildflowers. On the left side slope some tall plants are growing and there is the top of a red brick building with white trim and a peaked grey roof.
The “Indian Mound” which is next to the part of the cemetery damaged by landslides in 2020 & 2021. The identification of pre (European)-contact artifacts found nearby combined with recent non-invasive archeological investigations, support the notion that this earthwork originated as an ancient Native American platform mound, and it is to be protected from any adverse effects from this project.
