W side Taneytown Road near Wright/Guinn House. || Mn w/2 cannon. 2 part base, 1st part 7'3"x4'8," 2nd part w/excised letters & bronze badge. Shaft has bronze bas-relief front, excised inscription & bronze rear. Hipped peak cap w/cross gable w/bronze medallion.
