(FURNISHING REPORT) ALSO THE SAME INFORMATION WRITTEN ON OLD HOUSE QUINCY STATIONARY. NOTE - WAS STOLEN, RECOVERED BY QUINCY POLICE, AND RETURNED TO THE ANHP ON MONDAY, MARCH 24, 1980.
