At the turn of the century Wilder's wharf presented a turmoil of activity when steamer day arrived. Here freight of varied description awaits loading aboard the Inter-Island steamers. CLAUDINE (left), KINAU (center) and HELENE (right) from low and high bed horse and mule drawn drays while impatient passengers (background) prepare to board the KINAU. Date 1900.
